Quality Inn Ruston

The location was excellant to Gulf Shores.

The staff has always been extremely friendly.

I liked the comfort of the beds.

I did not like all the renovation that was going on at that time.

Absolutely fabulous and great place, I enjoyed to be here.

The location was good, close enough to restaurants along I20 as well as Ruston downtown. The room was quiet, there were climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave. I spent 1 night and will be back.

I liked the fact that hotel was convenient to shopping centers and restaurants.

Excellent staff and customer service and the room was clean and nice.

Noisy in hallway early the next morning, was close to where they were remodeling and air conditioning didn't cool that well.

Because of the renovations you had to walk through where they were working. Some of the door floor molding hadn't been completed but not a turnoff. A/C would go no lower than 68 degrees No area outside for 3 or 4 people to sit other than the pool which is closed off.

Wifi did not require special login. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of lights and not crowded space.

Remodeling underway with no towel racks or hair dryer. Bathtub was very slippery. Breakfast was not open until 6:30 AM. Most hotels start at 6:00. View of oncoming traffic at parking lot exit blocked by an 18 wheeler truck. Very dangerous.

The staff was accommodating by letting me check in before the 3pm check in time. He also had my request that I preferred a first floor room. The hotel was clean and the bed and all the pillows provided were very comfy.

Do recommend for taking strolls

Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast, with easy access to the freeway making it convenient to explore nearby attractions.

The breakfast was excellent as compared to other hotels I've stayed. The staff was friendly included the housekeeping staff.

I could not get a smoking room.

The bathroom could use a little updating.

The location was convenient for our softball tournament. It was close to the ballpark and many restaurants, easy to grab meals between games. The staff were friendly but had a few issues, especially with getting towels. After requesting a rollaway bed for our kids, I had to ask for extra towels. The guy at the front desk wasn't very accommodating, showing some rudeness rather than understanding. The room itself had walls that looked dirty, and the door frames needed maintenance. The floor was filthy each night. A towel placed on it came back covered in dirt. We also faced issues with the room key, which didn't work when I briefly stepped outside. The stay was frustrating due to the unkempt facilities and inconsistent staff service, despite the good location. The breakfast options were limited and not replenished well during peak times.

The staff greeted us warmly. The room was spacious, offering ample space for my family. The continental breakfast had a good variety, perfect for fueling our day ahead. Pro tip, arrive early for breakfast to enjoy the freshest options!

The pool was clean and accessible, great for unwinding after a long day. The location was super convenient for our plans.
